Cadillac Service Scored Well in J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study

Now, there's the backing of J.D. Power and Associates to prove it. Cadillac nabbed a podium finish among luxury cars in the 2012 Customer Service Index Study, ranking driver approval of service at dealerships.

In its findings, J.D. Power and Associates noted that dealer satisfaction increased 38 points on its standard 1,000-point scale, while service at dealerships rose 19 points in 2012 compared to 2011. The study examined those who brought their vehicles to a service department for maintenance or repair over a three year period, and based the rankings on dealer performance during that span. Cadillac did exceptionally well in service initiation, facilities and quality.
