SRX Plug-in Hybrid Coming Soon

Details are limited but according to reports from Detroit, Cadillac is in the process of developing a SRX-based plug-in hybrid to be launched in the next few years. The all new Cadillac SRX, which was just released, is already a top selling crossover from the American auto maker.

Automotive News tells us the crossover will use Chevrolet Volt technology, and will draw on experience learned from previous extended-range vehicles from the company's other brands…

Cadillac Rolls out Urban Luxury

Cadillac unveiled its sleek new Urban Luxury Concept at the L.A. Auto Show. Measuring just 151 inches long, the 'ULC' is 10 inches shorter than a Honda Fit. As a four seater, the ULC is powered by a 'mild hybrid' system, courtesy of GM. It also comes with a turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine with GM's "electric assist" technology.
