Cadillac of Novi is beginning construction on a new dealership designed to elevate the guest experience and reflect Cadillac's vision as a global champion of expressive luxury.

During construction, we will be temporarily operating from the following location:

Our future facility will feature expanded service reception, enhanced customer lounges, a reimagined showroom experience, and upgraded team and customer amenities. Until construction is complete, we look forward to welcoming you at our temporary location.

Cadillac of Novi is beginning construction on a new dealership facility designed to elevate the guest experience and align with Cadillac’s global design standards. During construction, we will operate from a nearby temporary location to ensure uninterrupted service. Same team. Same service. 
Cadillac of Novi will be closed on 01/16/26 & 01/17/25 for the move. Operations will begin as normal in our temporary location on 01/19/26.
Our opening date hasn’t been finalized yet. We are excited to share more details as soon as timelines are confirmed.
The new dealership reflects Cadillac’s vision as “a global champion of expressive luxury” and will include:

  • 3 reception lanes accommodating 9 vehicles total
  • Improved traffic flow for easier access and efficiency
Enhanced delivery & showroom experience
  • Dedicated new-vehicle delivery space for 2 vehicles
  • Reconfigured showroom with space for 5 display vehicles
  • Expanded showroom footprint with additional sales stations
Upgraded customer amenities
  • Separate Service Lounge and Showroom Lounge
  • Larger customer restrooms near lounge areas
